Wine makers notes: Once again our friends, the Silettos from San Benito County have grown grapes of exceptional quality. This wine is 4% Dolcetto, with dark ruby color, red and black fleshy fruit flavors with a high amount of natural acidity. This wine is perfect with many traditional and rustic dishes. 96% Barbera, 4% Dolcetto 104 cases produced.
