Our Viognier is fermented solely in stainless steel to allow the true flavors and character of this wine to emerge. This is a robust, aromatic white wine with luscious viscosity and notes of ripe honeysuckle, orange blossom and peach on the nose. This lovely balanced wine exudes ripe apricot and peach flavors that finish with a crisp acidity and lingering finish. The wine is a perfect accompaniment to shellfish, lighter fish dishes and spicy Asian dishes.
