- Clay Station Malbec is a full-bodied, deep reddish purple wine with aromas of blueberry, violet and freshly polished black leather. Soft tannins and lack of bitterness make this a very versatile wine. Some say Malbec is a "grilled beef wine". I personally enjoy this wine with unadulterated goat cheese. It makes the wine taste like Malbec Koolaid.
