Classic Pinot Noir Santa Maria Valley 2006
2006 was a good year for Pinot Noir. The growing season was one of the longest in recent memory. An unusually warm winter created a very early budbreak and therefore an early start for the vines. Spring rains and mild summer temperatures slowed the vine growth and ripening period and resulted in beautifully ﬂavored grapes. Very low yields ensured full ripening which brought depth of color and bright fruit characters to the ﬁnished wine.
We are a San Francisco based wine brand with plans to open our winery in the city of San Francisco sometime in the next 2-3 years.
