Clarendon Hills Shiraz Moritz 2002

Winemaker's Notes:

Totally black purple colour with purple hue. Intense aroma of violets, spice, blackberry and cassis followed by spearmint and a hint of leather. The palate is totally concentrated with strong coffee, liquorice and plum flavours over a very distinctive white pepper background. Fine dry tannins, perfectly balanced to the fruit with long aftertaste of confectionary, white pepper and spice.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Saturated medium ruby. Wild, inviting, highly complex aromas of black raspberry, candied blackberry, woodsmoke, pepper, spices, truffle and meat. Silky on entry, then smooth and strong in the middle palate, with spicy, penetrating berry flavors that ... Stephen Tanzer's IWC.
