Claiborne & Churchill's Dry Gewurztraminer offers the aromatic and floral qualities of this spicy varietal and is at the same time a remarkably dry dinner wine. Opulent on the palate and richly textured, it finishes with the typical bite of an Alsatian Gewurztraminer. This allows the wine to be enjoyed both as an aperitif and with a wide variety of foods: not only seafood and chicken, but also spicy ethnic cuisine (Thai, Cajun, Indian), paella, ham, and turkey (holiday fare) and Southwestern cuisine.
