The 2005 Cirison is 100% Tempranillo from hand-selected grapes. Purple-colored, it offers a splendid nose of acacia flowers, spice box, mineral, leather, black cherry, and blackberry liqueur. This leads to a powerful, opulent wine which manages to retain a sense of elegance. All components are harmonious and well-integrated. There is enough structure for 6-8 years of evolution and this top-flight effort will be at its best from 2015-2030.

A giant of a wine unhinged with licorice and black forest fruit on the nose. Even more black licorice strikes the palate underscored by rough tannins. 100 % tempranillo, a juggernaut for the cellar.
