Prosecco - 90 Points & Best Buy of 2009, Wine & Spirits/
This balances lively acidity with the gentle sweetness of ripe strawberries and pear. Its bright, lasting freshness will match burrata with speck and arugula. Listed among Wine & Spirits Magazine's 100 Best Buys of 2009.

Prosecco - Colorado Wine News/
Has soft pear, lemon, green apple and amylic aromas before juicy, light bodied, crisp flavors of the same fruit touched with a bit of sweetness. It finishes on the back half of the palate. Well put together. Tasty.

Floral scents of lime and orange blossom give this a perfumed sweetness. Light green pear and yeasty notes balance it out. Serve it with a plate of cheese and fresh fruit.

Cinzano Prosecco - 04/08/11

At the heart of the world’s favorite spirited beverages you will find Cinzano, recognized by its signature blue and red label and 250-year tradition of excellence. With classic appeal and versatile brands, Cinzano’s legacy is sure to continue for generations to come.

In 1757, CINZANO’s two brothers, Giovanni Giacomo and Carolo Stefano Cinzano, Master Distillers, opened a small shop in Turin where a dream soon became a reality.

As their traditional Vermouth production rapidly increased, so did their reputation for quality. The Savoy monarchs beckoned the brothers’ expertise to create a sparkling wine to emulate the popular French Champagne of the early 19th century. The result was the birth of Cinzano Sparkling Wines in 1850. The Cinzano range of sparkling wines includes both sweet and dry versions, each with their own unique characteristics.
