Wine Tasting NotesThe most renowned of the Cinzano sparkling wines. Asti Cinzano is produced from the white Muscat grape in the DOCG area of Asti, at the heart of the Piedmont region. Its sweet and fruity aroma makes it the perfect choice for accompanying desserts or simply for adding a touch of sparkle to any occasion big or small!

At the heart of the world’s favorite spirited beverages you will find Cinzano, recognized by its signature blue and red label and 250-year tradition of excellence. With classic appeal and versatile brands, Cinzano’s legacy is sure to continue for generations to come. In 1757, CINZANO’s two brothers, Giovanni Giacomo and Carolo Stefano Cinzano, Master Distillers, opened a small shop in Turin where a dream soon became a reality. As their traditional Vermouth production rapidly increased, so did their reputation for quality. The Savoy monarchs beckoned the brothers’ expertise to create a sparkling wine to emulate the popular French Champagne of the early 19th century. The result was the birth of Cinzano Sparkling Wines in 1850. The Cinzano range of sparkling wines includes both sweet and dry versions, each with their own unique characteristics. Production Area Piedmont, Italy Grape Varieties 100% Moscato Color Pale yellow Bouquet Distinctive, intense, with flowery and acacia smack, sage and peach memories Taste Sweet fruity, aromatic, delicate, honey and ripe peach persistent taste Alcohol 7% Serving Suggestions Ideal paired with desserts or enjoyed as an aperitif

Pretty orange and spice aromas carry through on the soft and foamy palate. Enough acidity balances the sweetness, making this a light, pleasant apèritif or dessert wine that’s well priced.

Ripe and fruity without being over-ripe. Clean flavors of peach and pear. Crisp and refreshing finish.
