Food Pairings for Christophe Laurent Valais Petite Arvine
The grape this wine is made from has been found to be native and unique to the region of the Valais in Switzerland and believed to have been grown since 1602. The medium dry pleasant taste has an aroma of grapefruit and is one of the most sought after specialty wines of that region. Not well documented this variety is part a mystery but always a pleasure accompanied by some Swiss cheese fondue or Long-Island oysters.
