<p>Founded in 1882 in the San Joaquin Valley of California by the religious order of the Christian Brothers who began distilling Brandy to support the order's schools and programs, this brandy is distilled in copper stills and are aged a minimum of 2 to 6 years in hand-selected American white oak bourbon barrels.</p>
