Food Pairings for Chimney Rock Red Bordeaux Blend Stags Leap District Elevage
Big dark fruits, smooth tannins and a great finish! I didn't get too much spice but it was a great wine. Wish it could be a daily drinker for me :) Thanks Beth & David for a great B-day present!
Chimney Rock New Pages Describing another release of the Chimney Rock Elevage as "elegant" is like describing the latest line-up for the Yankees as "talented." Of course it's true, but it's not really news. Still every time a new vintage emerges, the amazing richness, sensual mouthfeel and impeccable balance come as a revelation of what great and careful winemaking can achieve.
