Chilean Sea Bass Chardonnay Vintner's Reserve 2005
The wine is produced from only the finest grapes in the San Javier Valley, where the warm Chilean sun, cold nights and foggy mornings produce aromatic and concentrated grapes. Aged in a combination of French oak and stainless steel, the resulting pale yellow, medium-bodied Chardonnay boasts exotic tropical fruit aromas and rich flavors of ripe banana and pineapple with hints of vanilla.
The Company was founded by the Guerra family in 1920. They were immigrants into Chile from Italy and they still control the company today. There are now 750 hectares under vine and a wide range of wines are produced
