One sniff of this wild herb cum red-berried gem and you're instantlytransported to the lofty heights of the Chianti zone of Rufina, east ofFlorence; the fine vintage is reflected in light/medium bodied palate whichswells with sweet raspberry fruit, a suggestion of barnyard from the lengthylarge slavonian oak barrel ageing, and elegant finish.
