Winemaker's Notes:

"Viticcio Chianti Classico is produced from vines grown on the estate registered secondo with stipulated norms of DOCG production. The principal grape variety is Tuscan Sangiovese. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with frequent pumping over to Enhance the extraction of tannins and color. In accordance with tradition, the wine is aged in medium-sized oak barrels for about 12 months, Followed by bottle aging in temperature-controlled cellars for a minimum of three months before being released onto market. Deep ruby ​​red color with good hue and intensity. Fruity, refined and elegant with great forest fruits taste, combined with hints of various spices.
