Chianti Classico DOCG San Jacopo Tenuta Vicchiomaggio 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

The Castello Vicchiomaggio Chianti Classico is aged in large barrels that guarantee a very classical style. The blend of traditional grapes gives this well-structured and fruity wine a very seductive colour. This wine is generally availa ble 12-24 months after vintage, when these peculiar features are appreciated most. It is named after an antique farmhouse located on the wine estate. This is a ripe and fruity wine with black cherry flavours and a soft touch of tannins. Full of fruit with a hint of spice.
