Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Chateau de Puligny-Montrachet 2003

Winemaker's Notes:

91-93 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): (from a .25 ha parcel). As lovely and elegant as the Perrières and Folatières are, neither can match this for sheer style and grace with very high-toned floral and subtle green apple aromas nuanced by distinct mineral undertones. The moderately full flavors possess both cut and excellent definition and there is a fine sense of balance and overall harmony here plus that rare 'wow' factor. Drink: 2010+. (Jul 2005)
