Chevalier de Bayard is a private label wine from the German direct selling group Ferdinand Pieroth. The wine is a Vins de Pays de l’Hérault from the Languedoc-Rousillon region in France. It’s an inexpensive red blend that is one of the more popular brands from Pieroth, some older vintages in high demand and sold at auction.
Chevalier de Bayard 2010 Aude, this is the best red wine I have ever tasted, got it from a friend but need to know where to buy it, just dont wont my glass to end
Had the 2011. Started very sweet but mellowed and smoothed out over time. Cherry and floral notes. A little sugary for my tastes.
Very easy drinking wine. Highly recommend if you will be serving to people who do not usually like wine.
Full of rich flavor and taste.. Great with cheese and grapes.. I can understand, why its not available here in Savannah, sure I do... because I like it.. Help me out, I need more...... Great wine...
