Chatel Buis Chardonnay 2010
This is our second line up of Chardonnay from Burgundy, but from a more specific appellation that is known for structured and medium bodied Chardonnay. This Montagny wine highlights the brighter style of Burgundy that is best matched with a light fish or salad dishes. Any smooth tasting dish will be lit up by Montagny's aromatic richness. It will bring out the best in goat cheese, Beaufort, Comte, Emmental and Saint-Paulin. A true culinary adventure awaits.

The wine has a wonderful, brilliant, golden color with aromas of lemon, stone fruit, and flowers. The same flavors trenscend onto the palate with some light minerality and firm acidity. Medium to full-bodied with some spice hints on the finish.
