Chateauneuf du Pape Domaine de Saint-Prefert 2015

Winemaker's Notes:

91-93+ Points, Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate: "The stunning 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape is a wine to buy a case of as it has beautiful concentration and depth, as well as the elegance, purity and finesse that’s the hallmark of the estate." 10/16 91-93 Points, Josh Raynolds, Vinous: "Vivid ruby. Lively, sharply focused red berry, floral pastille and Asian spice scents, along with suggestions of garrigue and smoky minerals. Sweet, focused and seamless in texture, offering intense raspberry, spicecake and lavender flavors that deepen slowly on the back half. Clings with real authority on the subtly tannic finish, leaving a suave floral note behind. This is an outstanding example of a "basic" Châteauneuf." 3/17
