Chateau Villars Fronsac Grand Vin de Bordeaux 2010

Member Review by Tom Wandeloski:

A 2010 Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Fronsac, France. Deep ruby color with tight rim variation. Dark fruits hints of plum and raspberry with a hint of slate minerality. It has a long finish on the palette and balanced acidity. This wine will mature nicely over time (peak time 2017-2022). Best served chilled to 60 degrees, double decanted and served with a mid-rare beef roast & grilled vegetables.
