Tasted April 2008: Very good wine, even after 8 years. Dark, healthy colour with some ripening at the edge, classy bouquet, slightly 'Provencal herbs' but smooth and distinctive. On the palate silky, medium- to full-bodied, all parts perfectly integrated, and with a long, very well-balanced aftertaste, with some tannin left. Should be drunk before 2010, preferably with food and slightly cold. Never thought that Côtes du Lubéron could be that good!
