Blackberry jam and vanilla spice nose. A big wine, spicy with a bit of vegetal flavor (bell pepper), chocolate and strawberry.
Peppery, yet sweet on the nose. A very boozy wine, with hints of cherries and vanilla. Not my favorite.
Sampled this wine yesterday and must say that it is a very elegant Cab with a nice impact on the nose, yet a smooth delicate finish. Aged in oak for 18 months, and then in the bottle for 12 months until release. Given that it's a Southern Hemisphere wine, it can be enjoyed now, but I'm looking forward to opening my next bottle in early 2012. The addition of a little Cab Franc and Shiraz softens the tannins. A steal if you can find it!

Ruby red colour. Enticing aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco, green tea and mint. Thepalate is rich and concentrated whilst the elegant French oak gives a 'subtle lift' to thewine. Soft supple tannins give the wine added texture and weight and the long, lingeringfinish ensures this wine will age gracefully for 10 years plus.
