Tasted on several occasions, most recently at home, the Suduiraut '05 is slightly deeper in colour than the 2007. It has a rich, almost decadent nose with a conspicuous veneer of vanillary new oak underneath which lies honey, orange peel, creme brule... Neal Martins Wine Journal. Ripe pineapple and mango accented by toasty caramel and lots of spice on the nose. Rich, sweet and mouthfilling with loads of pineapple, banana and apricot. Dense and rich with enough acidity to keep it lively. Mike Supple. A Sauternes Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2005 Chateau Suduiraut 375ml
Cat fur on the nose, very sweet and round and pretty heavy. Lots there! Creamy and voluptuous with quite a tight finish. But waves of different crème caramel flavours on the finish too. Another dimension here! 18/20 Jancis Robinson. A Sauternes Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2005 Chateau Suduiraut 375ml
