I think I had the 2009. Nice. Semi-dry with just the right amount of sweetness. Typical gewurz with litchi, a little ginger, and citrus. Anything Chateau Ste. Michelle has been a good choice. Smooth finish. Pleasant and a bit unremarkable. 3.5

A fan favorite, this Gewürztraminer is such an enjoyable wine with exuberant fruit and clove spice. This is a lush style of Gewürztraminer with a lot of floral character, yet it still maintains the grapes natural crisp character. A touch of Muscat offers citrus notes and a deeper spice character. Try this wine with Thai food or any cuisine with a little "bite" to it. - Bob Bertheau, Head Winemaker ** SOLD OUT **

This Gewurztraminer is very aromatic and shows white grapefruit, star jasmine and a touch of orange blossom. Fruit flavors of mandarin orange and litchi are followed by a crisp, refreshing finish.

Winemaker's Notes:

The cooler vintage led to a more herbal style of Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of grass, fresh herbs and grapefruit with a clean, fresh finish. The mostly stainless steel fermentation makes this a crisp wine that would pair well with dishes with cream sauce.
