My first Gewürztraminer! Smells like a riesling, pear and apricot! Refreshing like champagne, has a little of the bubbliness, nice acidity giving it the crispness. Calming and smooth with notes of dried apricot, lychees (which I love!) and a certain mild spice (cannot figure out what..). It has a certain mild bitterness at the end. Medium dry finish and a nice coating in your mouth! I had it with grilled juicy Salmon and it was great!

Soft and fruity, with gentle pear, orange peel and spice flavors that echo lightly on the off-dry finish. Drink now.
Very much a food wine, it minimizes the floral oiliness of the grape in favor of citrus rind and spice. Crisp and fresh, with a touch of sweetness, it makes a perfect partner for crab cakes, Asian noodle dishes, or summer salads.
This medium-dry beauty from the cool Columbia Valley has classic grapefruit and citrus flavors, seasoned with spice notes. A perfect accompaniment to spicy Asian cuisine.
Sweet, a little sappy, with varietally correct flavors of melon and litchi, chill this one down for a turkey sandwich topped with spicy cranberry relish.
Bright and tangy, this is off-dry but balanced with citrusy acidity, underlining the pineapple and rose petal flavors. Drink now.
Light and refreshing, this off-dry white has pretty apple and grapefruit flavors shaded with floral and exotic spice notes, lingering refreshingly. Drink now.
Light and sweet, showing pretty pear and spice flavors, picking up guava notes on the finish. Drink now.

My goal with the C-S-M White wasto showcase the layers of flavorthat the Chardonnay, SauvignonBlanc and Muscat (hence theacronym CSM) lend to this wine.Chardonnay adds viscosity andtexture and Sauvignon Blancgives it a beautiful peachy andherb character. The addition of1% Muscat provides a floral perfumeand touch of minerality on thepalate. This would be an excellentwine to pair with your favoritesalmon dishes.
