■ The juice was fermented for three weeks in stainless steel. ■ The cold tank fermentation using fruit forward yeasts was designed to preserve Chenin Blanc’s crisp fruit-driven characteristics.
Our 30-year-old Chenin Blanc vines are located at our Horse Heaven Vineyard, which gently slopes down towards the Columbia River. The wine has bright, fl oral character with aromas of orange blossom and lemon with a hint of ginger. The palate delivers refreshing fruit and a natural crisp acidity.
