Chateau Souverain Alexander Valley Sauvignon Blanc 1997

Winemaker's Notes:

Big, dark, ruby-purple in color, the 2002 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers rich aromas of black plum, black cherry and freshly sliced vanilla bean on the nose with punctuation of earthy forest floor. A classic Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2002 has flavors of plush, concentrated fruit, including ripe black cherry, cassis, black currant and bittersweet chocolate with aromatics of freshly ground coffee, cedar and spice on the finish. This balanced wine offers a well structured mouthfeel that is round and inviting.
