Our love affair with producing wines has stretched back over 60 years and during that time our award winning wines have received numerous accolades and praise from the wine press.
This is dry chardonnay wine and oak flavor is naturally blended and well balanced. Good with grilled like sword fish steak and also good with garlic shrimp. You don't need to chill this wine so much as it will prevent the extraction of flavor and my recommendation is to have the wine bit warmer than general(45 - 50F)
Mmmm. I'm not a fan of very dry Chardonnay. This one is delightful, with rich fruit on the nose and a very creamy finish.
Not a huge Chardonnay fan but this one is pretty good.
This is a good chard!
Pairs well with fish and salad. Nice to find an inexpensive wine that compares well with wine twice the cost. We like to do blind taste tests in our household and Souverain Chardonnay has been a consistent winner.

Wine Tasting NotesThe 2004 Sonoma County Chardonnay is especially enticing with vibrant aromas of honeysuckle, pear, tropical fruit, citrus notes and toasted almonds. Luscious on the palate, the flavor profile boasts a creamy, round and rich mouthfeel surrounded by flavors of yellow stone fruit, kafir lime and succulent lychee. Flavors of crme brle and cinnamon spice on the mid-palate are accentuated by just a hint of smoke. The long, complex finish offers layers of honeycomb and spice as the lingering flavors of pear linger to the end.
