Château Sénéjac Red Bordeaux Blend Haut-Médoc 1992

Member Review by myin:

Purchased the 1992 Chateau Senejac Haut Medoc in China for about $50 USD. Opened up after about 30 minutes to provide a nice, medium bodied wine. Easy to drink, nice aroma and finish, color was a bit lighter than I expected. Would buy it again if it were cheaper.

Château Sénéjac:
The story of this estate dates back to the 16th century but in 1999 it was bought by the late Lorraine Cordier whose family also own Chateau Talbot in Saint Julien. It consists of 150 hectares on sand and gravel soils of which 39 are under vine. Only red wines are made. In 2003 it was made a Cru Bourgeoise Superior. There are two second wines Artigues de Senejac and  La Bergerie de Senejac
