Fermented and aged in stainless tanks for 6 months sur-lie. The wine's bouquet is packed with pretty perfumes of white flowers and citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), and has a great freshness and brilliant complexity in the mouth. - Winery

Winemaker's Notes:

Their grapes are hand-picked (virtually unheard of in the area), and they come from vines over 35 years old. The rest is very simple. Cool fermentation, skin maceration, stainless steel aging, and very light fining and filtering. The vines are non-clonal, massal selection.
