Tasting Notes: Must be served at 18° Celsius maximum. With red meats, roasted lamb shoulder, porc filet. Could be decanted 15mn before drinking Percentage Grape: 40% Syrah, 50% Black Grenache, 10% Old Carignan. Soil: A blend of a sandy slope and a round pebbled plateau. Vinification Length: 3 weeks Vinification Method: Night harvesting, grappes selection, low temperature pellicular maceration, pneumatic pressing process. Maturing in stainless steel tanks. Vinification Temperature: Less than 25° Celsius
