I really like this wine. The '05 has more structure, complexity, and French funk but the '06 is very approachable for the style. Enjoyable now, looking forward to seeing how it develops throughout the year.

It's dense and chewy, with smoky, gravelly tannins that hold it long on the tongue, waiting patiently for a lamb chop to break their spell.
