Château Saint Martin de la Garrigue Bronzinelle Coteaux du Languedoc 2010

External Review by NapaCabs.com:

Bring on the pool lounge chairs and sunglasses. Lemon Zest and elderflower on the nose, bright crisp acidity, and a rich mouthfeel define this lovely Picpoul from Southern France. According to The New France: Perhaps the best wine for me is an astonishing Picpoul de Pinet, picked very late from low-yielding vines: those who consider this an inarticulate if refreshing choice, the Muscadet of the Midi, should try this mint-and-verbena-scented, powerfully lemony wine.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
