The Château St. Cyrgues is the very spot where the church of St. Cirice Margins was found in ruins in 1654, she was part of the Priory of St. Cyrgues dependent Psalmody Abbey, the monks already cultivated vines. The Château St. Cyrgues is the very spot where the church of St. Cirice Margins was found in ruins in 1654, she was part of the Priory of St. Cyrgues dependent Psalmody Abbey, the monks already cultivated vines. Today nothing remains of the Priory, the field probably confiscated during the Revolution as well as ecclesiastical, changed hands several times, one of them had a son who died in the United States to War of Independence. In his memory, he gave the name of America to some of the plots of the Estate. Read less

Wonderful, light nose and body. Smooth and flavorful. Not too acidic. Beautiful in the glass. Held its own with grilled spring onions!
