External Reviews for Chateau Rocher Figeac St Emilion
Chateau Rocher Figeac was created in 1880 by M. Rocher and it's been passed on from generation to generation ever since. The ownership is situated in Figeac to the West of Saint-Emilion and next to the vineyard of the famous Grand Cru Class Chateau Rocher Figeac. The vineyard stretches across 3.9 hectares and is made up of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc planted on a gravelly soil. The gravelly soil allows the 35-year old vines to bury their roots deep into the fabulous Saint-Emilion terroir. The vineyard is run according to reason the harvests are weak and 100% manual and the vinification is traditional.spacious finish. Drink within three years with fish dishes: stuffed
