Pleasant, but not outstanding, old-fashioned Bordeaux. Nose of black fruits. Taste of blackberries and blackcurrants, with fairly strong (but not unpleasant) tannins. Good palette length. I opened this one a good few hours in advance to let it breath a bit, and this is probably a good idea.
