Food Pairings for Château Puech-Haut "Prestige" Coteaux du Languedoc Rosé
90 points Rhone Report: A beautiful, very Provencal Rose that.s an even split of Grenache and Cinsault, the 2011 Cuvee Prestige Rose is incredibly light in color, with only hints of pink and salmon showing. Nevertheless, it.s certainly not light on flavor and possesses loads of sweet red cherries, red currant, and rose petal that carry into a medium-bodied, racy wine that has excellent fruit, a light, clean texture, and a saline, mineral slant on the finish. Enjoy bottles over the coming year. (Mar 2012)
