Winemaker's Notes:

The vineyard which provides the grapes for the production of white wine was created in 1990 on a small 1.5 hectare plot in the commune of Arsac. Thanks to the vineyard's sandy-gravel soils over a subsoil of clay, the wine achieves amazing complexity. Its fatness and aromatic finesse are brought by an ageing on fine lees in Burgundy barrels that are renewed by one third each year.
