A bit of a vegetal nose from the bottle but this quickly dissipated in the glass. Lots of fruit, nice balance but lacking length. I'm happy that I still have a few bottles. A nice easy drinking wine.

A wine with delicious berry, nutmeg and fresh tobacco character, with just a hint of vanilla. Medium-bodied, with silky tannins and a long finish. Impressive. Very fine. Much better than from barrel.
