Wunderbarer, typischer Bordeaux! Kräftig, gut strukturiert, herrlich weiche Tannine. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Gefällt!

An excellent Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux from the Moulis sub-region. A seductive, smoky, medium-bodied red wine that's showing great cassis fruit.

A Bordeaux Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2005 Poujeaux 750ml

External Review

This deep ruby/purple-tinged sleeper of the vintage exhibits fresh, lively minerality intermixed with delicate background wood, sweet raspberry fruit, medium to full body, zesty acidity, and ripe tannin. Usually the top wine from Moulis, Poujeaux's 2005 is again a fairly priced, impressive effort. Anticipated maturity:

Barrel sample. This wine has fine tannins that are relatively soft, with good acidity and dryness. Its not powerful, but with its fine black currant flavor and ripe fruit it shows great style . R.V. Wine Enthusiast. A Bordeaux Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2005 Potensac 750ml

A superb value for Jean-Hubert Delon, the 2005 Potensac has a deep ruby purple color, a classic bouquet of sweet red and black fruits, as well as gorgeous texture and purity. Medium-bodied and concentrated, this wine behaves like a Medoc cru classe. Moreover, it will age very well for 10-15 years. Very impressive!
