Château Pichon Lussac Saint-Emilion 2002
Founded in 1686 Pierre de Mazure de Rauzan, slightly later the estate was passed on to his daughter when she married Jacques François de Pichon Longueville. Today the vineyards are owned by Louis Roederer, who invest a great deal of time and effort into creating sublime wines. A nose of earth, leather, tobacco and cassis. The palate displays beautiful notes of black cherry, herbs, violets and tobacco with an incredibly long finish.

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
