It is interesting how this wine continues to evolve. Unquestionably one of the vintages superstars, the 1995 Petrus is taking on a personality similar to the extraordinarily backward, muscular 1975. Winemaker's Notes:

Very full in colour and still very youthful looking. Discreet and compact on the nose though a touch closed up. Full-bodied tannic and very rich on the palate with an exceptionally long and powerful finish. Going through adolescence at present and certainly needs more time but at the present shows immense promise
