This is a pleasure rosé, fresh and well balanced. A link between, paler, lighter Provence rosés and more full-bodied Rhône rosés like Tavel wines.

Château Pesquié:
Odette and Rene Bastide bought this 100 hectare estate with 18th century chateau in 1970 and spent consioderable time and money on renovations and modernisation.They were assisted by daughter and son-in-law Edith and Paul Chaudiere.In 1989 they left the local co-operative and started making and bottling their own wines.In 2003 their sons Alexandre and Frederic Chaudiere took over. Silky and round with a nice softness to its fresh strawberry and floral notes. Another winner from this winery on a roll.
