Medium red ruby in the glass. The nose shows dark red fruit, leather, and cotton candy. On the palate this really comes alive due to it's balanced acidity and showing of cherry, herbs and spice. A medium long finish. This was a totally different style than the rest of the wines in the flight and although most tasters went toward the robust CDP or Gigondas, the Terrasses held it's own and managed to finish as the favorite wine for two of the seven tasters.
