Fruity, almost like drinking plum juice. A bit past its prime. This wine should be drunk young.
Past its prime. Should be drunk while young.
Light-bodied, some sweetness - but not obnoxious. Very nicely balanced -- more like a chablis. Drank with Sushi and it was a good match. This was exactly the right time to drink this 1999 vintage which had won some awards.
A great wine for beginning drinkers. Quite sweet...refreshing dessert or sipping wine with very definite grape scent and taste.
