Add your reviewHad the 2002 with some stuff quail and mushroom risotto. Decanted for 45 minutes. Pours a nice violet color, with some reddish/brownish hues on the edges. Shows a little sign of aging but not much. Smells black currants, dark cherries, cassis and oak. Starts off with ample black currant flavors up front. In the middle, some dark cherries evolve and there is an undertone of oak. On the back end, more black currants and oak flavor. Still a very tannic wine, could use more aging.
