Château Mont-Redon Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2004
Member Review by Rodolphe Boulanger:
A clear daybright with medium intensity leomon colored wine with a thick watery meniscus and medium+ viscosity. A clean nose with medium intenisty youthful aromas of honey, flowers, redapple, quince and an almond creaminess. This complex noise has strong minerality and signs of fermentation in large format old wooden barrels. A dry wine with medium acidity, medium body and no tannins to speak of. Medium intensity flavors of white fruit, peach stone fruit, honeysuckle and flowers. Creamy and rich in the mouth - luscious. High alcohol with a long finish. A subtlely balanced wine with medium concentration and complexity. A real artisanal rarity that doesn't do it for me.
