Chateau Mont-Perat Grand Vin de Bordeaux 2004
Wine Enthusiast Review Rated 89 Owned by the Despagne family, who make some of the best whites from the Entre-deux-Mers, Mont-Prat is one of the family's red wine estates. This is dominated by Merlot, giving great juicy fruit flavors, underpinned by some wood, and a velvet, ripe texture.
Château Mont-Pérat is a winery in the Premier Côtes de Bordeaux in the Gironde department of Bordeaux, France. The estate has been producing wines since the 19th century, and has been owned by the Despagne family since 1998. These Merlot blends are considered an excellent value for the price.
