Winemaker's Notes:

This pink-colored gem is the crowning emblem of the Domaine and Saint-Tropez. Château Minuty is made from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Tibouren, displaying delicate, but crisp deep flavors, with silken overtones of apricots and dry fruits. Available in the traditional shaped Provençal bottle.
